Gao Jie, Professor Senior Engineer, Consultant Former Director, Environmental Protection Center, Ministry of Transportation of China Expert, Environmental Engineering Technology Assessment Center, Ministry of Environmental Protection of China

Mr. Gao Jie was graduated from Nanjing College of Chemical Technology in 1978.  He worked as an engineer and office director at the Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport during 1983-1990, a senior engineer, deputy director of scientific research department and director of Environmental Protection Office of the Research Institute between 1990 and 1996, director and professorate senior engineer of Environmental Protection Center of Ministry of Transport in 1996-2008, and retired at March 2008.

Mr. Gao is skilled in response of transportation, environmental impact assessment, environmental management, Ecological restoration and environmental risk and damage assessment.
