Experts: Jiang Junyan

Country manager of Petrofac China,  responsible for China Sourcing and Business Development.   Mr. Jiang joined CNOOC in 1994 as mechanical engineer,  worked both offshore and onshore at CNOOC BP joint ventures until 2001.  He joined Petorfac since 2003 and worked at several locations such as UK, Azerbaijan, Malaysia and China.  Between 2005 and 2007,  he was the regional manager for Cegelec in Beijing.    Mr. Jiang has a MBA degree from Tongji University and a Master degree from Reims Management School of France.
