Experts: Zeb Feng

Zeb Feng is currently assuming the role of Sr. Manager of Procurement Operations for SABIC Greater China, which he undertook in 2013. Zeb oversees SABIC’s procurement strategies & operations, covering all manufacturing sites, commercial offices, corporate research & development center and capital projects in the region. Zeb is also leading procurement initiatives for various procurement transformation projects to enable organizational restructuring, new enterprise resource planning system implementation, and strategic categories management together with emerging market sourcing for SABIC in the region.

Prior to assuming this role, Zeb had over 18 years’ experience with Owens Corning, General Electric, DuPont and BP, assuming various Supply Management roles for those companies operation in the region. Zeb’s last role prior to joining SABIC was Procurement Director for BP Asia Pacific. Zeb also had 11 years’ experience with Shanghai Institute of Building Materials (now merged into Tongji University) as a university teacher.

Zeb received a B.S. degree in Physical Chemistry from Fudan University and a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science & Technology.
