Experts: Zhang Zhaokang

Dr James Zhang  had received his first degree in Mechanical engineering in China and PhD degree in Offshore Engineering from Robert Gordon University in UK, current working as a senior technical consultant in Offshore Emergency & HSE section of CNOOC . More than 12 years career in oil industry of China and 14 years in North Sea for Gearhart Geodata、Expro Group in areas of expertise for well Tech and HSE,  extended to OIM and oil release response handling, following job changes for Shell training centre in Aberdeen and for COES of CNOOC.
