Experts: Guo Jian

Mr. Jian Guo is INTSOK (Norwegian Oil & Gas Partners) Oil and Gas Advisor in China. He has responsible for promoting the Norwegian oil & gas industry in China. INTSOK, led by the Norwegian Petroleum and Energy Ministry, half industrial and half governmental, non-profit organization with more than 200 members, covering the entire value chain of the Norwegian oil & gas industry. His major is electrical engineering and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1994. He joined China National Offshore Oil Engineering (COOEC) Beijing and CNOOC Research Institute engaged in the electrical power & distribution integrated system design and project management of more than 10 offshore platform & FPSO projects from 1994 to 2000. From 2000 to 2007, he has joined the United States the Ametek Solidstate Control, GE Industry and Nexans Norway AS worked as application engineer, field service manager, chief sales representatives and Oil & Gas key Account Manager positions in China. He has up to 19 years of engineering design, before and after sales service, project management, marketing and corporate strategy consultant experiences in Oil &Gas and offshore shipbuilding areas in China.
