Niloofar had participated in some middle east meetings and fairs that held in China , Taiwan, Thailand ,Dubai, Turkey and was responsible as translator and importing expert.

- Reviewing Material requests, conferring with other departments to verify orders, contacting vendors and evaluating bids offered by suppliers, aiding with various purchasing procedures, inventories, accounts, proposals and similar preparations.

- Examine, select, order, and purchase at the most favorable price merchandise consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors.

- Purchases materials, equipment, supplies and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, investigates and develops sources of supplies, prepares bid specifications, issues bid requests and reviews quotations. Interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, as a specialist in assigned material categories, which require a degree of technical knowledge. This position requires the use of initiative and independent judgment.
