Experts: Yassr Ahmed Abdelrahman

Mr. Yassr. A. Abdelrahman is the General Manager of Sudan National Oil Company (Sudapet).and recently assigned to GNPOC as a Vice President, previously he was the deputy general manager of Sudan 1stmultinational oil company which consist of CNPC of China, PETRONAS of Malaysia, ONGC of India and Sudapet of Sudan.

He is a Civil engineer graduate from the University of Khartoum (Sudan) in 1993 and he received the Master in engineering degree in construction management from Bradley University of Illinois (USA) in 2003 and currently he is pursuing his Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Techno of Malaysia (UTM).

His research is related to the procurement in construction environment and its importance in the upcoming new technology of IOT and Block chain. He focus in his research on the smart contract implementation and its ability to save time and disputes.

He is currently the initiator and Chairman of CIPS Sudan Branch and also he is member of the USA civil society, member of the construction society in USA, member of the Civil Eng. society in Sudan.

Mr. Yassr .A.Abdelrahman participated as a main speaker in different workshops in Sudan and outside Sudan.
