Ma Li
Ma Li, Secretary-General of China Chamber of Commerce for Petroleum Industry. She participated in the preparation and organization of the China Chamber of Commerce for Petroleum Industry, has served as Secretary-General to date, and has accompanied the chamber through 21 years of development.  
Familiar with industry policies, she emphasizes innovative work methods and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills. She has achieved remarkable results in securing industry policies, conducting external exchanges, and managing the internal affairs of the secretariat. Under her tenure, the chamber has grown from 59 member enterprises to a multi-fi eld branch system, boasting 11 branches and nearly 30 provincial, municipal, and district-level local industry chambers and associations, emerging as an infl uential organization in China's private petroleum industry.  
During her term, Ma Li focused on key industry challenges, led the compilation of nearly 100 reports and proposals. Proposals such as Expanding the Private Petroleum Market and Storing Oil Among the People won the First Prize for Key Proposals of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. She also played a pivotal role in promoting the opening up of crude oil imports to private enterprises in 2015.
