Experts: Mohamed Mostafa Al Naggar

Dr. Mohamed Al Naggar earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University in 2017, with a specialization in the production of biodiesel from locally sourced spent vegetable oils. He currently serves as Assistant to the First Undersecretary of the Ministry and supervisor of HSE, , Energy Efficiency, and Climate. With a robust background in renewable and alternative energy sources—including compressed natural gas (CNG), hydrogen, biodiesel, and other biofuels—Dr. Al Naggar has consistently demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational workflows and improving production efficiency. His professional development includes international exposure, having completed intensive training with BP in both the United Kingdom and Egypt from March to September 2023. He earned a professional certification in Project Management from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He has been an active member of the SAP implementation team at Car Gas Company since 2023, contributing to digital transformation and system optimization efforts. Dr. Al Naggar is also a graduate of the Middle Management Program (Wave II) under the Foundation of Leaders Development Program (FLDP), organized by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, aimed at cultivating the next generation of leadership within the energy sector.
