I began my career with Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) in 1986 as a Petroleum Geologist. Throughout my career, I held various technical and leadership positions, contributing significantly to the development of Myanmar's petroleum industry. I retired from the Ministry of Energy in 2025 after serving as Permanent Secretary, where I was responsible for policy development, strategic planning, and sector management. Currently, I serve as an advisor to private oil and gas companies, providing strategic guidance and industry expertise to support sustainable business growth and investment development.
