Mr. Sun Baoping currently serves as Deputy General Manager and General Legal Counsel of Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and is a Senior Economist (Professor Level).

With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the petrochemical engineering sector, Mr. Sun oversees corporate planning & investment, international business operation, risk control and other core operations. He also leads the research and implementation of intelligent engineering technologies.

He has participated in the design, construction and management of multiple large-scale petrochemical bases. Having worked across technical practice and administrative decision-making, he boasts abundant industrial experience and in-depth industry insights.
