Quintin Goldie is a senior international oil and gas executive with over 35 years of industry experience across the Caspian and Eurasian energy markets. He currently serves as Deputy General Director for Strategic Development at KGNT, where he supports strategic growth, partnerships, and business development in Kazakhstan’s engineering and oilfield services sector.

Previously, he spent nearly 14 years with Bolashak Group, serving as Group Managing Director and later CEO of Bolashak Atyrau LLP and Bolashak International Ltd., supporting major energy and industrial projects in Kazakhstan.

His expertise covers strategic development, EPC and industrial services, project execution, HSE culture, workforce management, and partnerships with major oil and gas operators. He is recognized as one of the leading expatriate executives contributing to Kazakhstan’s energy sector.
