Mr. Jiang Junyan currently serves as General Manager of Kent Engineering China, managing the company’s China market development and overall operational management.

In 1994, Mr. Jiang joined CNOOC and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the CNOOC BP Liuhua Off shore Oilfi eld. In 2003, he joined Petrofac and gained extensive international working experience across Aberdeen (UK), Baku (Azerbaijan) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

From 2005 to 2008, he took the role of China Manager at Ceglec, responsible for national sales and market development in China. From 2007 to 2025, he served as Chief Representative of Petrofac Beijing Representative Offi  ce, overseeing the company’s business development and client management in the Chinese market.

Mr. Jiang holds an MBA from Tongji University (1999) and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Reims Management School, France. He possesses solid engineering background, rich global energy industry experience and comprehensive capabilities in market expansion and business operation.
