Rafael Bekshentayev is Managing Director in Energy at Appstream LLP and Head Representative in China of the Exia Energy Analytics Center. He is a senior energy and cross-border business development professional with more than ten years of international experience, including roles connected with Schlumberger, Samsung, LG, the Khorgos free-trade zone and the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China. His work focuses on energy cooperation between Central Asia and China, digital transformation and low-carbon growth strategies.
