
Bolat Akchulakov is a prominent Kazakh politician, economist and energy executive. He served as Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and later as Advisor to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. His corporate leadership experience includes senior roles as President of national oil company KazMunayGas and Chairman of Samruk-Energy. He currently serves as Chairman of the influential KAZENERGY Association and is also active in cultural and public work as President of the Asia-Pacific Federation of Clubs and Associations for UNESCO.
