Salim Nagym is Business Partner in the Office of the Chairman of the Management Board of NC KazMunayGas JSC– the largest vertically integrated oil and gas company in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. 

Over more than two decades in the industry, he has built deep expertise spanning strategic and operational management, corporate governance, and cross-functional leadership within one of Central Asia's largest integrated energy group. 

Salim Nagym has engineering degree “Development of oil and gas fields” and Masters degree in Energy, Trade and Finance at Cass Business School, City, University of London. 

His contribution to the energy sector has been recognized by Ministry of Energy Republic Kazakhstan with the medals "For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry" and "125 Years of Kazakhstan Oil."
