Dana Sarsenbayeva is a senior finance and project finance professional with strong experience in renewable energy, CFO functions, financial planning, reporting, and operations control.

She currently serves as Director of Finance, HR and Administration at TotalEnergies, focusing on independent power production and renewable energy projects, including wind and solar. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer at Total Eren, where she led the finance function for renewable energy project development and construction in Kazakhstan.

Earlier in her career, Dana spent over 9 years with Schlumberger (SLB) in finance leadership roles, including Branch Manager / Operations Controller, Country Finance Center Manager, Treasury Supervisor, and Management Accountant. 

She holds an MBA and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), with expertise in project finance, financial strategy, cost control, treasury, and stakeholder management.
