Experts: Aidar Dosbayev

Aidar Dosbayev is Director of HQ Projects LLP and an experienced oil and gas project-development and local-content professional. He previously held senior roles at KazMunayGas, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Board and Expert in the Technical Audit Group, where he participated in the technical and financial review of the Tengizchevroil FGP-WPMP project. Earlier, he worked on major Tengiz and Kashagan projects, focusing on project coordination, local content development, supplier engagement, market intelligence and contract strategy.
