Achievements and Cases:
In 2003, while working at the Yaroslavl Chamber of Commerce and Industry, developed the first investment climate guide for the Yaroslavl region. The document became a practical guide for investors and large businesses, creating an impetus for regional business development.
As Deputy Chief Engineer at the Yaroslavl RTI Plant (2007–2008), reorganized the production system, enabling the plant to obtain the international IATF 16949 compliance certificate and enter the market of key automotive plants in Russia and Europe.
In 2009, while working in the «Production» business unit at TNK-BP, led a project to develop an efficient system for managing oil production license areas.
Initiated and led the continuous improvement culture project launched in 2011. The project involved over $3 million in investments, impacted all company levels, from top management to production operators. Staff was trained in production MBA, and business processes were reconfigured. The project generated over $30 million in revenue in the first year.
In 2014, while at the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange, co-founded TEK-Torg — an electronic trading platform for state tenders and procurement for Rosneft and other fuel and energy companies.
In 2022, as part of TEK-Torg, initiated the creation of a unified educational organization within the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange group — the Trading Development Center (TDC). The organization trains procurement specialists and enhances trading culture. Annually, TDC conducts over 440 training events in various formats, with over 42,000 participants trained in 2023.
